Request access to contact details
Service provider contact details are not shown publicly. To access them, you give your name and mobile number and accept the Terms; the number is then verified in the next step. This simple step keeps the marketplace accountable.
Verify by phone
Enter your phone number and confirm it with a one-time SMS code. This makes sure only real, serious enquiries reach service providers. Your number is not published: after verification, the service provider you selected receives your name and mobile number so they can respond to you, and nothing else from your request.
Leave feedback after the job
Once the work is done, you can leave a short public review about your experience; it is voluntary and may be positive or negative. It is not the same as the brief, non-public confirmation of whether contact or a service took place, which we may ask you for and never publish. Your review helps other customers decide, and keeps service providers motivated to deliver quality.
